I can't seem to access the Phoenix forum. I get the message that, "Sorry, but only users granted special access can read topics in this forum."

Try to log out, clean your webn browser cache, and log in again.

I've checked, all your groups affilaition are good, and all the affiliation should work to grant you acces to your embassy.
